民族传统体育教学中快乐体育模式的应用——以竹马教学为例

摘要 通过实验法将快乐体育教学模式应用于少数民族传统体育教学中,结果表明快乐体育教学模式能够激发学生的学习热情和积极性,充分提高学生的学习兴趣,促进学生在身体、心理和社会适应能力方面健康、和谐、全面地发展。在少数民族传统体育竹马教学中快乐体育教学模式的教学效果明显优于传统教学模式下的教学效果,能更好的达到教学目标,推进我国少数民族传统体育教学理论和教学实践的改革创新。 Through the experimental method, happy physical teaching model applied to traditional minority ethnic sports teaching shows that the happy physical teaching model can arouse students' enthusiasm and initiative, enhance their learning interest, and promote students healthy, harmonious and all-around developments in physical, psychological and social adaptation ability. In traditional minority ethnic sports, the effect of happy sports in Zhuma teaching is superior to the traditional teaching mode and has a better result. It can also promote the reform and innovation of teaching theories and teaching practice of traditional minority ethnic sports teaching.
