素质教育语境下的创新精神和实践技能已经成为高等教育人才培养的新目标。在此背景下,法学本科实践教学的改革创新研究如火如荼,但系统、完整的法学实践教学目标一直是其薄弱环节。因此法学实践教学目标体系的研究是法学实践教学取得突破性进展的关键因素。构建法学本科实践教学目标体系应着重从法律职业技能的培养、法科学生法律职业道德的培育和法律信仰的培植等三个方面进行。

The innovative spirit and practical skills in the context of quality education has become a new target for talent cultivation in higher education. Under such circumstance, law reform and innovation in undergraduate teaching, practice and research are in full swing, but the systematic, a complet goal of law practical teaching has always been the weak point. Research on the target system of law practical teaching is a key factor making breakthroughs in law practical teaching. Thus constructing the target system in practical teaching of law at the undergraduate level should focus on training students＇ vocational skills, nurturing law students＇ legal ethics and cultivating students＇ faith in the law.
