病险水库除险加固工程质量评价研究

Evaluation for the quality of reinforcement projects for defective reservoirs

通过对病险水库除险加固工程建设与管理人员进行问卷调查,采用主成分分析法从前期工作、建设质量、建设资金三个方面来评价研究病险水库除险加固工程质量。研究结果表明,病险水库除险加固工程各个方面关系是相互影响的。前期工作开展越好,则其对建设质量越有保障,对建设资金的管理和使用越规范。若建设资金越充分,使用得当,则前期工作越容易,建设质量可能越高。

By survey of the staff engaged in the construction and management in the reinforcement projects for defective reservoirs,the project quality was evaluated by the principal component analysis method with three aspects which includes preliminary work,construction quality and construction funds.The research results showed that every item were interactional.Better preliminary work,better construction quality and management of construction funds.More construction funds,then easier the preparatory work and the higher construction quality.
