摘要
在蚕种生产中引进自控系统,以改善老式蚕种培育方法效率低的问题。文中详细的介绍了自控系统的整体架构和蚕种生产的工艺流程,并就系统的安全性采取了远程/就地控制和冗余设计。系统通过上位机组态和网络发布,使操作人员和管理者能对生产现场状态进行实时监控和管理。
In the silkworm egg production, the introduction of automatic control system to improve the old-fashioned method of silkworm cultivation problem of low efficiency. This paper describes in detail the overall structure of the automatic control system and the silkworm egg production process, and to security of the system to take the remote / local control, and redundant design. System through the host computer configuration and network distribution, so that operators and managers able to produce on-site state of real-time monitoring and management.
