摘要
加热炉汽包水位是一种非线性、时变大、强耦合的多变量系统,控制难度非常大。常用的串级三冲量控制系统,控制效果经常出现大的振荡。针对这种情况,本文研究了汽包水位控制的难点,在此基础上优化了常用的串级三冲量控制系统,并把控制方案用在了承德钢厂的某座汽化冷却系统中。现场结果表明,此控制方案有效的消除了虚假水位的影响。
Because the drum water level of Fumaee is a multiple variable system with non-linear, big time vaxying and strong coup ling characteristics, it is extremely difficult to control. It often has a large oscillation when using cascade-three parameters control. On the basis of studying the control difficulty points of drum water level, we optimization the used cascade-three parameters control, and apply this control program to the vaporization cooling system of a furnace in Chengde Steel. Field results show that this control scheme effectively eliminates the impact of a false water level.
