摘要
结合二极管钳位型三电平和传统两电平逆变器的特点,本文提出了一种新型的七电平逆变电路拓扑。新型电路拓扑所用的开关管的数量和三电平相同,但是电平数大大提高,波形也更加近似于正弦波。对该逆变器的控制方法进行分析后,本文在MATLAB中建立了仿真电路并搭建了实验装置,证明其控制方法的可实现性。
Combination of diode-clamped-type three-level and the traditional two-level inverter characteristics, this paper presents a new type of seven-level inverter circuit. The numbers of new circuit topology of the switch used is equal the three-level, but greatly increased the number of levels, more similar to sinusoidal waveform. This paper analyzes the inverter control method, based on MATLAB, simulation circuit and experimental facility are set up to prove their control methods feasible.
