摘要
为满足企业生产过程监控与管理的需求,解决企业内部控制层与管理层之间存在的通信瓶颈,提出基于OPC(OLE for Process Control)和B/S模式的生产管理网络系统。本文对系统开发中所涉及的关键技术进行了深入研究,阐述了软件体系结构,提出了一个基于B/S模型的三层体系结构,分析如何实现生产过程数据在系统网络中的实时传输和分析处理。通过实例剖析如何实现系统集成及其主要功能,验证了该系统的可行性和有效性。
To meet the production process monitoring and management needs to address internal control and management of communication exists between the bottleneck, based on the OPC (OLE for Process Control) and B/S model of production management network system. In this paper, the system involved in the development of key technologies conducted in-depth study on the sottware architecture, based on a proposed B/S model's three-layers architecture, analysis of how to achieve the production process data in the system network in real-time transmission and analysis Processing.
