八宝颗粒剂对小鼠免疫功能的影响

Babao granules on immune function in mice

目的研究康美牌八宝颗粒剂对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法将小鼠随机分为两组比较疗效。治疗组口服给予不同剂量的八宝颗粒剂(分别为2000mg/(kg.bw)、4000mg/(kg.bw)和12000mg/(kg.bw)),对照组采用生理盐水灌服。观察八宝颗粒剂对小鼠刀豆球蛋白(ConA)诱导的脾淋巴细胞转化、抗体生成细胞(溶血空斑数)、NK细胞的作用。结果康美牌八宝颗粒剂可促进ConA诱导小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增殖,促进小鼠抗体生成细胞的形成,提高NK细胞的活性。结论康美牌八宝颗粒剂可明显增强小鼠免疫能力。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of Kangmei Babao granules on immune function in normal mice. METHODS The mice were separated randomly into two groups to compare on curative effect. Experimental group mice were treated with three different doses （2000,4000, 12000 mg/（kg·bw）） for a month, while control group mice were administrated Saline. Spleen lymphocyte conversion induced by Concanavalin, antibody-producting cell（the number of hemolytic plaque）, natural killer cell were evaluated. RESULTS kangmei babao granules could accelerate spleen lymphocyte proliferation induced by Coneanavalin, accelerate the forming of antibody-producting cell, increase the activity of natural killer cell.CONCLUSION kangmei babao granules can intensify the immune function in normal mice.
