摘要
目的建立化痰平喘片中盐酸异丙嗪的HPLC含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为安捷伦Eclipse-XDB-C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液(50∶50)为流动相,流速:1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为250nm,柱温:35℃。结果盐酸异丙嗪在0.10～1.00μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999)。平均回收率为100.4%,RSD0.9%(n=9)。结论方法准确可靠,可作为化痰平喘片的质量控制方法 。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of promethazine hydrochloride in Huatan Pinchuan tablets. METHODS The Eelipse-XDB-C18 eolumn（150mm×4.6mm,5μ） wasused, the mobile phase was methanol-phoshate buffer（50： 50） ; the detection wavelength was 250nm, the column temperature was 35℃, the flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1. RESULTS The linear range of baiealin was 0.10 -- 1.00μg （r = 0. 9999）, the average recovery was 100.4 %, RSD 0.9 % （ n = 9）. CONCLUSION The method is aeeurate and reliable, it can be used for the quality control method of Huatan Pinehuan tablets.
