论述了Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ操作平台的文件管理系统特点，说明了Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ系统中文件打开、文件读写、文件关闭、文件读写指针移动等一系列基本操作方法和步骤，以具体实例剖析了Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ环境下的文件管理机制．
The characteristics of the file management system in windows is described in detail.The operation and steps on files in Windows are illustrated,such as openning file, reading/writing file,closeing file, moving file pointer etc. Finally,a overall example is given.
