福州青口投资区工业系统能值分析

Study on Emergy Analysis of the Industry Ecosystem of Fuzhou Qingkou Investment Zone

根据能值基本理论与方法,在绘制福州青口投资区生态流能量系统图、建立能值分析表的基础上,计算了2002—2006年投资区工业系统各主要能值评价指标,对青口投资区自然、经济、社会系统和可持续发展能值指数5年来的变化趋势进行了分析讨论.结果表明,青口投资区大量依赖外界输入的不可更新资源的能值,最主要的投入是工业用电和钢材原料;产品输出能值大,系统净能值产出率总体较高;能值自给率逐年有所提高,资源分配趋于合理;系统能值密度高于福建省平均水平,并逐年稳步增加,因环境负荷率的显著增加导致可持续发展能值指数总体趋势下滑,但下滑力度逐渐减缓.研究结果对总结青口投资区潜在的发展优势和制约因素,为工业区与环境资源的协调发展提供科学有效的指导依据.

Based on applying the emergy theory and methods, the energy flow system diagram of Fuzhou Qingkou Investment Zone and the emergy analysis table of which was set up , Then the emergy assessment indices of the industry ecosystem of Fuzhou Qingkou Investment Zone were calculated detailedly from 2002 to 2006. The characteristics of Qingkou Zone development trends during the 5 years were discussed, including the various emergy indices of natural environmemt , economic and society system, as well as sustainable development emergy index （ESI）. The results showed that the development of Fuzhou Qingkou Investment Zone depended mainly on the outside imported nonrenewable emergy resources, especially the industrial electricity and steel input ; Since the the high output emergy of the system, the emergy yield ratio （EYR） of the system was higher as a whole; the emergy self-sufficiency rate （ESR） has increased annually and the resource allocation became more reasonable gradually. The emergy density （ED） of the system is higher than the average level of Fujian Province, with steadily increasing year by year. Moreover the ESI during the 5 years trended decline overall. From the above study we can know the potential advantages and constraints of the Zone, so it is a helpful scientific and effective guide for the harmonious development of the Industry Zone.
