学校文化是整个文化的一部分,是社会文化的亚文化。学校文化建设是学校发展的应有之义与必然诉求,包括学校物质文化建设、精神文化建设、制度文化建设和行为文化建设。学校文化的核心内容是精神文化中的办学思想、教育理念、价值观念和思维方式等。
School culture is part of culture, and also sub-culture of social culture. School development must rely on school culture construction, including construction of material, spirit, institution and behavior cultures. The central content of school culture construction is the school- running ideology, educational ideas, value beliefs and thinking styles.
