职业教育语境下对澳大利亚培训包体系的思考 被引量:3

摘要 澳大利亚职业教育培训包体系无疑是让世人关注的,它改变了人们对职业教育与培训的传统思想,拉近了职业教育与行业和市场的需要。但为满足社会需要,培训包体系的"能力本位"和"工具取向"无限放大,忽视了教育和学习的真实价值。职业教育不是"终结性教育",而是伴随一生的终身教育。以科学发展观为指导,协调职业教育教师的角色,重视职业教育人才培养和课程目标的平衡,是完善中国的职业教育改革,促进社会主义社会和谐的根本。
