摘要
随着我国高速铁路快速发展并逐步向中西部地区延伸,原规划的全国建设四个动车组检修基地已不能满足高速铁路发展的需要,到2020年全路配属动车组的检修能力缺口将较大。本文通过对全路动车组2020年配属及检修能力的分析,并考虑全路动车组检修基地的合理布局,提出在已建的4个动车组检修基地以外,在西南地区的成都枢纽新建动车组检修基地,以优化全路动车组检修基地布局,满足今后高速动车组检修的需要。
The high speed railway in China is rapidly developing and will extend to the central and western regions, the previously planned four EMU maintenance bases cannot meet its developing requirements. The overhaul capacity of EMU allocated from the whole railway by 2020 is insufficient. This paper analyzes the allocation and overhaul capacity of EMU and considers the rational distribution of its maintenance bases in whole railway by 2020, proposes a new EMU maintenance base to be built in Chengdu besides previously planned four EMU maintenance bases to optimize the distribution of EMU maintenance bases and satisfy the requirement of high speed EMU maintenance.
