摘要
使用SD大鼠头顶骨损伤模型,通过与骨蜡、空白作对照,研究了自组装短肽RADA16-I水凝胶修复骨缺损的能力。术后28天X-光片揭示在RADA16-I组中有新骨生成填充;而对照组中缺损部位清晰可见。其HE染色和Masson染色结果也表明RADA16-I能有效修复骨损伤。目前的研究表明RADA16-I引导成骨细胞迁移到受损部位,促进其修复。
In this paper,an SD mice calvaria defect model was set up to test the effect of the self-assembling peptide nanofiber scaffold. Bone wax and saline were used as the control. X-ray images of the 28th day calvarias post-surgery revealed that in the RADA16-I group,there was significant bone healing in the samples,whereas poor bone healing was seen in the control groups. The experimental results were also evaluated by HE staining and Masson staining of the defect site 28-days post-operation. The results of the RADA16-I group indicated that RADA16-I could form a three dimensional scaffold which mediated the migration of osteoblasts into the injury site of the bone and promote bone recovery.
