多菌灵和敌百虫单一与复合污染对蚯蚓的毒性效应研究 被引量:8

摘要 采用滤纸接触法研究了赤峰市周边地区普遍使用的农药多菌灵和敌百虫单一与复合污染对蚯蚓毒性效应。单一试验结果表明蚯蚓在这两种农药作用下表现出不同的中毒症状和死亡情况,敌百虫的毒性大于多菌灵的毒性,48h时多菌灵和敌百虫的LC50分别为1.2795g·L-1和0.0511g·L-1;复合试验结果表明,多菌灵与敌百虫混合后毒性减弱,即二者复合作用表现为拮抗作用。 Through the filter paper contact method,this paper researched single and combined toxicity of Carbendazim and Trichlorphon,which were widely used in surrounding areas of Chifeng,to earthworms. The results of single toxicity test revealed that earthworms showed different symptoms and mortalities when earthworms were treated with the two pesticides respectively. Trichlorphon was more poisonous to earthworms than Carbendazim,and the median lethal concentrations of Carbendazim and Trichlorphon were 1.2795 g·L-1 and 0.0511 g·L-1 at 48 h respectively. The results of the combined toxicity test showed that toxicity decreased when the two pesticides were combined,that was,the combined effect of Carbendazim and Trichlorphon were antangonistic.
