Borrowing the successful experience of Wal-Mart＇s logistics enterprise and considering the benefits of government as well as coal production and consumption enterprises, the study explores the path to build a scientific specialized coal logistics system which is based on the Shanxi Coal Transport and Marketing Group and satisfies the regulation and requirement of logistics.
