电流—单周控制双频BUCK变换器 被引量:3

摘要 针对如何简单有效的对双频变换器实施控制问题,提出了一种电流—单周控制方法.以电流—单周控制双频BUCK变换器为例,分析了其控制原理及性能特点,利用状态空间平均方法建立了电流—单周控制双频BUCK变换器主电路、控制电路的小信号模型,在此基础上进行了电压外环补偿器设计.仿真及试验研究结果表明:电流—单周控制方法能使高频开关电流应力最小,从而降低其开关损耗,提高变换效率.此外,采用电流—单周控制的电压外环补偿器设计容易,实现电路简单可靠. To resolve control problem for double frequency converters effectively and simply,a current and one cycle control(C-OCC) method was proposed.Using the C-OCC controlled double frequency BUCK converter as an example,operational theory and characteristics for the proposed control method were analyzed.Then,using the state space average method,the small-signal models of the main and control circuits of the C-OCC controlled double frequency BUCK converter were established.On this basis the compensator for the outer voltage loop was designed.A simulation was run and experiment results analyzed,verifying that the C-OCC can minimize the average current through high frequency switches,that switching losses are minimized and that the efficiency is increased.Furthermore,the design of the compensator for the outer voltage loop is easily understood and the circuit is simple and reliable.
