摘要 实验表征了磺化油SS的基本表面活性:临界胶束浓度(CMC)、表面活性剂的表面张力、Krafft温度、对钙离子的敏感性,及其pH、Na+对表面张力的影响;初步检测了对动植物油脂的乳化活性。结果表明磺化油SS在硬水中的稳定性较好,磺化油SS的临界胶束浓度和表面张力受pH影响小,磺化油SS具有良好的耐电解质和乳化能力。在20℃测得磺化油SS的临界胶束浓度为0.1364~0.1494g/mL,Krafft温度21.6℃。磺化油SS的表面活性比较高,对磺化油SS的实际应用有指导意义。 The basic surface activities of sulphonated Oil SS were characterized, which included tbese items such as critical micelle concentration (CMC), surface tension of surfactant, Krafft temperature, sensitivity to calcium ion (Ca^2+),influence of pH and Na+ on surface tension, and the emulsification activity to oil of animals and plants. The result shows that the sulphonated oil SS has better stability in hard water, little influence of pH on critical micelle concentration and surface tension, and better capability of electrolyte-resistant and emulsification. At 20 ℃, it is measured that the critical micelle concentration of sulphonated Oil SS is 0.1364-0.1494 g/mL, and the Krafft temperature is 21.6 ℃. The surface tension of sulphonated Oil SS is higher, which has guiding significance for practical application of the sulphonated oil SS.
