The Cultural World Viewed from the Perspective of Reflections on Modernity—— A Study of Li Hangyu’ s Novels

李杭育在其小说中构建了一个有鲜明地域色彩、硬气而孤独的葛川江文化世界,小说显示了在"现代性"反思上的暧昧性,呈现出一种理智与情感交织的矛盾心态。他同时以写实及象征手法创作的作品增加了其小说世界的丰富性,但这些小说未引起研究者较多的关注。

Li Hangyu constructs a Gechuanjiang cultural world in his novels,characterized by distinct regional features,tenacity and solitude.His novels are of much vagueness and ambivalence about sense and sensibility in terms of ＂modernity＂ reflections.Meanwhile,he enriches his novels by writing realistically and by means of symbolism.However,these novels have not attracted as much attention from researchers as they deserve.
