援建项目组织与灾后重建规划的适应性研究——宁波市援建青川县部分乡镇重建规划解析

Adaptation Research on Organization of Supporting-construction Projects and Plans for Post-disaster Reconstruction——Discussion on plans for the supporting-reconstruction, Ningbo toward Qingchuan

以宁波市援建青川县部分乡镇重建规划为实证对象,在分析援建项目的应急性与风险性、灾后重建规划的物质性与社会性基础上,从灾后重建规划的技术路线和反馈调整两个方面,对灾后重建规划的适应性进行了探讨性的分析。

With plans for the supporting-reconstruction of Ningbo in Qingchuan as the empirical research objects,this paper discusses on the emergency and risk of supporting-construction projects,the materiality and sociality of plans for the reconstruction and emphasizes the adaptation from two aspects of plans for post-disaster reconstruction： one is technical route,and the other is feedback adjustment.
