摘要
文中采用体外模拟方法研究了海金沙提取液对草酸钙结石的影响,用X射线衍射、红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜等对结果进行了表征.研究表明,海金沙提取液可以抑制COD晶体向热力学更稳定态的COM晶体转变,这种抑制作用随海金沙提取液浓度增大而增大,且COD晶体尺寸随着海金沙提取液浓度的增大而减小,这有利于抑制草酸钙结石.
In this article, the effect of aqueous extract from lygodium, a Chinese traditional herb on inhibiting calcium oxalate crystal was discussed. The phase compositions of calcium oxalate crystal (CaOxa) investigated in vitro method using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X -ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT- IR). The experimental results show that the lygodium extract could not only prohibit the transformation of calcium oxalate dehydrate (COD) to calcium oxalate monohydrate (COM), but also reduce the size of COD. The result supports lygodium may be used to treat and prevent calcium oxalate crystal in theory, and may give reference and clue to find new Chinese traditional medicine.
