造纸企业核心竞争力评价——基于上市公司的实证分析

Core Competitiveness Evaluation of Paper Making Enterprises——An empirical analysis based on the listed companies

基于传统的核心竞争力理论,本研究构建了造纸企业核心竞争力评价指标体系,以我国造纸上市公司数据为样本,通过因子分析模型方法进行了实证研究,将10个指标整合成构成造纸企业核心竞争力的价值性、成长性、整合性、异质性4个因子。结果表明:太阳纸业、华泰股份、晨鸣股份、银鸽投资最具核心竞争力。最后,对造纸企业核心竞争力的成因进行了评价。

The study constructs an evaluation system of core competitiveness of paper making companies based on the traditional core competitiveness theory. By analyzing the data of listed paper making companies with factor analysis model, ten indicators are integrated into four factors, namely, Valuable , Growth, Integration and Uniqueness which constructs the core competitiveness of paper making companies. The results showed that Sun Paper Stock Co. Ltd, Huatai Stock Co. Ltd, Chenming Paper Holdings Co. Ltd and Yinge Industrial Investment Co. Ltd have core competitiveness. Last, the study evaluates the origin of the core competitiveness of paper making companies.
