摘要
介绍9.00-20 16PR工矿型加深花纹载重轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1032mm,断面宽220mm,行驶面宽度188mm,胎圈着合直径510mm,胎圈着合宽度170mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.8777,采用加深块状胎面花纹设计,花纹深度23.2mm,花纹饱和度62.18%,花纹周节数42。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块分层挤出,胎体采用9层加密高强力1400dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布(7层V1+2层V2),缓冲层采用2层930dtex/2V3锦纶6浸胶帘布,胎圈采用双钢丝圈结构,钢丝圈采用Φ0.96mm的19#回火胎圈钢丝,采用胶囊反包成型机成型、双模定型硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的外缘尺寸符合国家标准要求,强度性能、耐久性能和速度性能优良。
The design of 9.00--20 16PR mine truck tire with deepened pattern was described. In structure design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 1 032 mm, cross-sectional width 220 mm,width of running surface 188 ram,bead diameter at rim seat 510 mm,bead width at rim seat 170 ram, cross-sectional level ratio O. 877 7, and using deepened tread block pattern, pattern depth 23.2 mm, number of pattern pitch 42. In construction design, the following processes were taken: three-formula and four-pieces layered and extruded tread, 9 layers 1400dtex/2 dense high strength dipped nylon 6 cord (7 layers V1 +2 layers V2) for carcass ply,and 2 layers 930dtex/2V3 dipped nylon 6 cord for breaker ply,double bead wire ring for bead,Ф0. 96 mm 19# tempering bead wire ,and using the bladder turn-up tire builder to build tires and double mold shaping curing press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that, the overall dimension reached the requirements of national standard,and the strength performance, endurance and speed performance were good.
