摘要
从治理理论的角度来分析返乡农民工培训,其内容主要集中于培训主体、培训主体间关系以及返乡农民工的积极性和主动性三个方面。当前返乡农民工培训存在着主体残缺(主要是非政府组织没有发挥应有的作用),农民工积极性和主动性不足等弊端。应该通过吸收非政府组织参与,强调主体间互动协商等方式来完善返乡农民工培训的治理结构,从而提升培训绩效。
This paper analyzes the training of migrant workers returned from the perspective of governance theory,whose content is mainly concentrated in three areas: the main training,relationship between the main training as well as enthusiasm and initiative of the return of migrant workers.At present,there are some shortcomings in the training of the migrant workers returned,such as the main defect(mostly non-governmental organizations did not play its due role),shortage of migrant workers initiative and so on.To perfect the governance structure of training of migrant workers returned should involve non-governmental organizations;emphasize the interaction between the main consultation and any other manner in order to upgrade the performance of training.
