The Influence from the Prospect of World Culture Evolvement on Education Development and Opening

世界文化流变图景基本上呈现东学西渐、西学东渐与东西互学三种态势。而在国家与国家、地区与地区的具体流变过程中呈现四种类型。无论是从三种态势还是从四种类型,都对教育发展与开放产生了相当大的影响,世界文化中心转移大势基本上呈现出以世界科技中心转移为表征的包括制度、哲学、宗教、文学、史学与艺术等的转移。一方面,世界文化中心的转移对教育发展与开放产生了相当重要的影响。另一方面,世界教育中心的转移则超前于世界科技中心的转移。

The prospect of world culture evolvement emerges basically in three situations： dissemination of Oriental learning, dissemination of Occidental learning, dissemination of mutual learning. While the specific evolvements between countries as well as areas emerge in four types. These situations and types greatly influenced the education development, which led to the shift of the world culture centre with the exterior shift of world technology centre including system, philosophy, religion, literature, history and art. On one hand, the shift of world culture centre greatly influenced the education development and opening. On the other hand, the shift of world education centre was ahead of the shift of world technology centre.
