The students majoring in arts have distinct characteristics. The practical teaching of ideological and political theory courses should take promoting and fostering the subjectivity of students as the aim of modem ideological and political theory courses in universities, that is, to foster subjective awareness, autonomy and innovation capacity to assist students to develop their principal role as self-awareness, self-education and self-management.
