法学实践教学基地建设规范化构想——以个案的实证分析为基本素材

On the Construction of the Practical Teaching Base of Law and Its Training Pattern——with the Basic Materials from an Empirical Analysis of a Case

法学本身的实践性决定了法学教育不能脱离法律实践,法学教育应该是一种在真正的实践育人理念指导下的实践教学活动。法学实践教学基地的建设可以作为这一理念的现实化的主要途径。在实证分析的基础上,进一步探讨法学实践教学基地建设的现实路径。

Legal education cannot separate from legal practice because of the law＇s practical nacre, and it should be a practical teaching activity under the guidance of the idea of real practice. The practical teaching base of law can be used as the main way to reality of the idea. Based on the empirical analysis of a case, the future realistic path of the practical teaching base of law is explored in this paper.
