试析我国农民增收与政府缺位问题

The Analysis on the Problem of Farmers'Income and the Omission of Government's Action

"三农"问题的核心是农民的增收问题。通过分析新世纪以来我国农村居民的收入现状,探讨影响农民增收的政府缺位问题,并就政府在农民增收的问题上应该如何作为提出尝试性的策略与建议。

The essential question of the issues concerning agriculture, farmer and rural area is how to increase farmers＇ income. From the view of the absence of government＇s action in the increasing of farmers＇ income, this article attempts to research the problems preventing farmers＇ income increasing. This article first analyzes the current income situation of farmers in China since the 21st century. Then it analyzes the omission of government actions affecting the increasing of farmers＇ income and finally put some suggestions on how the government should do to increase farmers＇ income.
