摘要
"法治精神"是十七大报告在民主法治建设中的一个新提法,也是继十五大提出"依法治国"之后,又一个具有战略性号召力的新概念。在全社会大力弘扬法治精神,不仅是我国公民法律文化建设的重要内容,也是我国社会主义法治建设最为关键、和谐社会最为基础的一个环节。法治精神的内涵非常丰富精深。值经济转轨、社会转型之时,宪政、秩序、平等、正义等现代法治精神被赋予了时代特征,将在构建和谐社会中占据更加突出的地位。
＂Spirit of ruling by law＂ is a new idea which was presented in the 17th CPC National Congress and a new concept with strategic appealing influence. To carry forward the spirit of ruling by law in the whole society is not only a main content of the citizen＇s logistic culture construction, but also a most vital and fundamental link in the logistic construction in China. The connotation of the spirit is quite rich. In the time of economy switching and society transforming, constitutional government, order, equality and justice are all granted characteristics of the era, which will play a more prominent role in the construction of our harmonious society.
