摘要
选聘大学生到农村任职是中央加强社会主义新农村建设的重大战略。山东省临沂市作为首批试行该政策的地区之一,其大学生村官现状具有较强的代表性。通过对临沂大学生村官的情况调查和分析,课题组发现,大学生村官现有政策得到了较好的落实,为新农村建设注入了活力,带动了农村干部素质的提升;但是身份不明确、使用不当、沟通障碍和队伍不稳定等问题也是亟待需要解决的。
Selecting undergraduates to serve in rural areas is a major strategy for the central governments to strengthen the building of new socialist countryside. As one of the first trial area to fulfill the policy, the city of Linyi in Shandong province has strong representation. Through the situation investigation and analysis of Linyi "university student village officials",the research group obtains many findings. The current policies for "university student village officials"get a better implementation, which have brought a new dynamism into the rural construction and contributed to upgrading the quality of rural cadres. However, some problems also need to be solved urgently, such as the unknown identity, improper use, unsmooth communication and unsteady contingent.
