“玩转”本是一个方言词汇，表示“有能力胜任”之义。但在语言经济原则、陌生化原则以及网络传播的影响下，它已经变成了一个大众词汇，而且由于义素的激活，其语义也发生了一些微妙的变化。

＂Wan--zhuan＂was a dialect word, whose original meaning was ＂capable of doing something＂. Under the influence of the principle of economy and unfamiliarity as well as the cyber communication, it now becomes a popular word. At the same time, its meaning has seen some subtle changes because of the activation of its sememes.
