摘要
以玉米穗轴为原料,Na2CO3为活化剂,采用微波加热来制备活性炭,研究了微波功率、辐照时间、Na2CO3浓度、固液比等因素对活性炭的影响。通过正交实验,确定了最佳工艺参数。结果表明,微波功率280W,Na2CO3浓度10%,辐照时间10min,液固比3:1时活性炭的碘值最大;微波功率462W,Na2CO3浓度20%,辐照时间9min,液固比为2:1时活性炭的产率最高。方差分析表明对碘值来说,各因素的影响均未达到显著水平;对产率而言,Na2CO3浓度的影响是高度显著的,微波辐照时间也是显著的。
The activated carbons were prepared from the corn cob by chemical activation with Na2CO3 as activate under microwave radiation,the effects of microwave power, radiation time, concentration of Na2CO3 and liquid -to- solid ratio on the iodine value and the yields of activated carbons were experimentally investigated. The results showed that the maximum iodine value was obtained at microwave power of 280W, Na2CO3 solution concentration of 10%, microwave radiation time of 10 min and the liquid-to- solid ratio was 3:1, and the maximum yields was obtained at microwave power of 462W, Na2CO3 solution concentration of 20%, microwave radiation time of 9min and the liquid -to- solid ratio was 2:1. Analysis of variance indicated that none of the factors was and the yields were influenced very significantly by the Na2CO3 solution radiation time was also significant.
