摘要
采用理化和生物监测相结合的方法研究工业废水的毒性,研究结果表明,从理化指标可以看出取自长泰县五处工业排放的污水基本符合国家标准,但是通过隆线溞(Daphnia carinata,Dc42)作为生物监测器检测的结果表明,除一处排出水没有毒性之外,其他四处排出的废水均有不同程度的毒性,说明工业废水在理化指标检测合格之后依然存在着潜在的毒性。可见同时利用理化指标和生物毒性试验来监测工业废水结果更为准确、可靠。
This study investigated physicochemical characters and biotoxicity of industrial sewage with the physicochemical and biomonitoring methods. The results show that the industrial sewage samples from five different spots basically reached the national discharging standard based on the physical and chemical indicators, but when using Daphnia carinata, Dc42 as a biological monitor, only one fifth industrial sewage samples was no toxicity, the other four were toxic in different levels. Which revealed that athough the physicochemical characters of those samples were qualified, most of them still had toxicity potential. It indicates combining physicochemical indicators and biomonitoring to monitor the toxicity of industial sewage is accurate and reliable.
