小鼠髓系树突状细胞表面疱疹病毒侵入介体表达的变化

Regulation of Herpesvirus-entry Mediator Expression on the Bone Marrow-Derived Dendritic Cell

摘要 目的探讨小鼠髓系树突状细胞(BMDC)共刺激分子疱疹病毒侵入介体(HVEM)表达的变化。方法将促DC成熟活化因子LPS、TNF-α、2A抗体、1c10抗体和免疫负性调节因子IL-10加入到各组BMDC中,观察BM-DC上HVEM表达的变化。结果加入促成熟活化因子的各组BMDC上HVEM表达与对照组明显下调(P<0.05)。而加入免疫负性调节因子的BMDC上HVEM表达较对照组明显上调(P<0.05)。结论促成熟活化因子有下调BMDC上HVEM表达的作用,而免疫负性调节因子有上调BMDC上HVEM表达的作用。 Objective To investigate the expression changes of the costimulatory molecules herpesvirus-entry mediator(HVEM)on the mouse bone marrow-derived dendritic cells(BMDC).Methods BMDC were cultured with DC mature and activating factors(LPS,TNF-α,2A,1c10)as well as negative immuno-regulatory factor(IL-10).Results The results showed that the expression of HVEM on BMDC cultured with DC mature and activating factors were obviously down-regulated in comparison with those in the control group(P0.05),In contrast,their expressions on BMDC cultured with IL-10 was obviously up-regulated in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Ativating factors can down-regulate HVEM expression on DC,whereas negative immuno-regulatory factor up-regulate them.
