摘要
以TDI,MDI,IPDI,聚醚(N-220)和微晶纤维素为原料,在咪唑基离子液体氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑中合成了系列纤维素基聚氨酯材料,并用FT-IR,TGA,XRD,SEM表征其结构与性能。TGA结果表明纤维素基聚氨酯材料具有良好的热稳定性能,以TDI,N-220,微晶纤维素为原料制备得到的材料热性能最优。XRD结果显示,聚氨酯链段的引入破坏了微晶纤维素的晶体结构,SEM照片显示,材料结构较为均一。
A series of cellulose/polyurethane materials were prepared by TDI, MDI, IPDI, polyol and microcrystalline cellulose in the medium of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride, one kind of imidazolium ionic liquid. And then their structures and properties were characterized by FT-IR, TGA, XRD and SEM. TGA datum indicate that cellulose/polyurethane materials have excellent thermal stability, and the hybrid prepared from prepolymer, which synthesized from N-220 and TDI, have the best thermal stability in all of cellulose/polyurethane materials. XRD results indicated that crystallization of cellulose should be destroyed by the introduction of PU chain. SEM photograph showed the materials have even structure performance.
