摘要
文章介绍了一种采用核壳共聚工艺制备经有机硅氧烷改性的苯丙型光油乳液的方法,重点讨论了聚合工艺、乳化剂、有机硅氧烷对乳液性能的影响。结果表明,采用核壳共聚工艺、合理控制反应条件;乳化剂的用量为单体总量的3.25%;有机硅氧烷A-1706适于作为交联单体,合理用量为0.6%,可以明显提高乳液的性能。
The paper introduced a preparation method of styrene-acrylate varnish emulsion which core-shell polymerization method was aeoptea ano was modified by siloxane. The effect of polymerized method, siloxane and protective colloid to the emulsion properties was mainly discussed. The results showed that A-1706 was proper to be corsslinking monomer, the optimum ratio was 0.6 %, molecular weight of acrylate resin from 6000- 10000 was fit to be protective colloid, core-shell polymerization was used to be polymerized method. These could improve the properties of the varnish emulsion.
