枯草芽孢杆菌AS1-296产絮凝剂条件的优化

摘要 探讨了不同碳源、氮源、培养时间、温度、初始pH和谷氨酸钠添加量对枯草芽孢杆菌AS1-296产絮凝剂条件的研究,并通过数据拟合,创建了相应的数学模型,通过求解得出最佳的培养条件。枯草芽孢杆菌AS1-296产絮凝剂的最佳培养条件为:以蔗糖为碳源,添加量为2.25%;酵母膏为氮源,添加量为0.64%;谷氨酸钠4.50%、初始pH7.1、培养温度33℃。以此条件培养枯草芽孢杆菌AS1-296产絮凝剂的絮凝率为75%以上。 Researched the influence of different carbon sources, nitrogen source, incubation time, culture temperature, initial pH and sodium glutamate quantity to flocculating agent produced by Bacillus subtilis AS1-296. The best culture conditions obtained by regression method, optimizing culture conditions and establishing relevant mathematical models. The best cultrue conditions of flocculating agent produced by bacillus subtilis AS 1-296 were that sucrose is 2.25 %(M/V), yeast extract was 0.64 %(M/V), sodium glutamate was 4.50 %(M/V), initial pH was 7.1, culture temperature was 33 ℃. Flocculating rate exceeded 75 % with obtained culture conditions.
