液相法合成二溴新戊二醇

摘要 文章采用两种液相方法合成了二溴新戊二醇,方法一以40%氢溴酸和季戊四醇为原料,方法二以溴素、红磷和季戊四醇为原料。同时,文章还考察氢溴酸的浓度、浓硫酸、催化剂醋酸和反应时间等因素对收率的影响,指出氢溴酸的浓度和催化剂醋酸是影响其收率的两个关键影响因素。产物二溴新戊二醇的结构经熔点、IR和1HNMR确证。 Dibromoneopentyl glycol (DBNPG) was prepared in liquid-phase by two methods in the paper. It was synthesised by 40% hydrobromic acid and pentaerythritol in the first method. In the second method, it was synthesised by bromine, red phosphorus and pentaerythrito. Besides, the factors of hydrobromic acid, concentrated hydrochloric acid, catalyst acetic acid and reaction time on the yield of DBNPG were also studieds. Concentration of hydrobromic acid and catalyst acetic acid were two key factors on the yield of DBNPG. The structure of dibromoneopentyl glycol was characterized by melting point, IR and 1HNMR.
