炼油化工项目环境风险评价的探讨——以苯乙烯生产项目为例

Study of Environmental Risk Assessment on Refining and Chemical Project——Take Risk Assessment of Styrene Production as the Examples

文章以某拟建的苯乙烯生产项目为例,对炼油化工项目环境风险评价的要点进行了分析,笔者根据风险导则要求及重大危险源辨识标准,对项目的重大风险源进行了识别,给出了最大可信事故及源强的确定方法,并对确定的最大可信事故后果进行预测,给出了风险计算和评价结论及风险管理等内容。

Essentials of ERA on refining and chemical project were studied based on some proposed chemical project which produced styrene, according to the risk leads and identification standard of significant dangerous source, The author had carried on the recognition to the project material risk source, had given definite method of most credible accident and source strength, carried on the forecast to the most definite credible accident consequence, and had given contents of risk computation, appraisal conclusion and risk management.
