摘要
文章通过对负高压、灯电流、载气流量、屏蔽气流量等仪器工作参数及硼氧化钾、硫脲-抗坏血酸添加量等工作条件的研究,建立了氢化物发生原子荧光法测水中砷的最佳工作条件。在选定的最佳条件下,方法的检出限为0.019μg/L。该方法操作简单、灵敏度高、准确度高,在实际工作中具有重要的指导意义。
In the paper, operational parameter of instrument such as minus high, voltage currents of lamp, carrier gas flow rate, and shielding gas flow rate which affected the test were optimized. Effects of KBH4 concentration and thiourea-ascorbic acid content on measurement results were studied. The optimal experimental conditions of determination of Arseni in water through hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry were determined. Under optimal conditions, the detection limit was 0.019 μg/L. The method was simple, sensitive and accurate, which had important guiding meaning.
