不同品牌的橙汁饮料中维生素C含量的测定

Determination of Vitamin C Concentration for Different Brands of Orange Juice

采用碘量法测定市售"酷儿"、"农夫果园"、"统一鲜橙多"三种橙汁饮料中VitC含量。结果表明三种橙汁的VitC含量都符合产品标签上的标准,同时得到"农夫果园"的VitC含量最高,性价比最高,也为正确补充营养和合理膳食提供了参考。

Iodometry has been used to determine the concentration of Vitamin C for three brands of orange juice which are ＂cool＂, ＂the farmer orchard＂ and ＂unity＂. We measured VitC concentration of three brands of orange juice conforms to the standard, The result showed that ＂the farmer orchard＂ had the highest content and cost-effective in VitC. It had a great help for a reasonable nutritional supplements and meal.
