摘要
选取福建省九地市36家管理咨询企业作为样本,采取实地走访、调查、填写数据的方法。以调查事实和数据为依据,文章分析了福建管理咨询企业的现状、特点、存在的主要问题以及发展机遇,并据此提出了发挥地缘优势,开展贴身服务;变革企业运营模式;实现管理咨询业的专业化、集约化经营;完善管理体制,加强行业管理;提高管理咨询人员的素质;积极推进海峡两岸的交流与合作等发展福建管理咨询业的对策。
Selecting 36 management consulting business as a sample in Fujian Province taking field visits surveys, fill in data. Based on the facts and statistic data, the paper analyzes the situation of Fujian management consultation industry discusses the characteristics~ Then it lists the problems and opportunities of Fujian management consultation industry, and proposes some countermeasures for trade and standardization. In order to improve the competition ability of consultation industry in Fujian, it is necessary to make corresponding laws and rules to regulate the consulting markets in Fujian and retrain its consulting staff.
