发展循环经济提升新疆绿洲人口承载力

Developing the Circular Economy to Promote the Population Carrying Capacity of Xinjiang Oasis

本文运用可持续发展观和系统科学的方法,对循环经济的内涵、原则以及循环经济的运行流程进行了阐述。进而以新疆绿洲为研究对象,结合新疆绿洲发展循环经济的现状,针对近年来循环经济在提升绿洲人口承载力方面的贡献,提出发展循环经济是提升新疆绿洲人口承载力的有效途径,并相应的提出一些发展循环经济的措施和建议。

By using the sustainable development view and systematic science method,it carries on network analysis to the intension of circular economy, the principle,essential feature and operation process of circular economy. First, the development practice of circular at Xinjiang is analyzed. And then, the policies and measures of Xinjiang Oasis developing circular economy are proposed.
