基于信息技术的北京草莓质量安全管理分析

The Analysis of Beijing Strawberry's Quality and Safety Management which is Based on Information Technology

近年来,北京草莓产业日益壮大,草莓种植面积逐年倍增,草莓的深加工产业也在飞速发展,但有关草莓产业的各种问题还普遍存在,严重影响了北京草莓的质量安全。在我国,对草莓质量安全的研究多数侧重于草莓栽培及病虫害防治等方面,目前很少有学者和教育界人士从管理信息系统的角度来对草莓产业做出研究分析。本文分析了北京草莓产业的特点,提出了草莓信息管理的概念及其功能,提出了北京草莓质量安全在信息管理上存在的问题及其改进建议。

Recent years, strawberry industry in Beijing is growing and strawberry growing area had doubled every year. Strawberry processing in- dustry is also developing rapidly, but the problems about strawberry industry still widespread ,which had seriously impact on Beijings strawberry industry. In China, most of the studies focused on strawberry cultivation and pest control but very few scholars and educators from the perspective of management information systems to make analysis of the strawberry industry at present. This paper analyzes the characteristics of Beijing＇s strawberry industry, put forward the concept and functions of information management in strawberry, and also advance the problems and recommendations for the information management system improvement in Beijing^s strawberry industry.
