基于BP神经网络的企业技术创新绩效评价模型构建——以福建45家高新技术企业为例

The Construction on the Evaluation Model of Enterprise's Technology Innovation Performance Based on BP Neural Network——Taking 45 high-tech enterprises in Fujian as example

对企业技术创新绩效进行评价有助于查找技术创新过程的薄弱环节,制定更加有效的技术创新决策。本文从技术创新研发、技术创新管理、技术创新商业三个阶段来构建评价指标体系,利用福建45家高新技术企业的调查数据,建立了基于BP神经网络的技术创新绩效评价模型。

Evaluating enterprise＇s technology innovation performance is an important part of the innovation process,it will help to find the weak links in the process of technological innovation, ard to make more effective decisions of technological innovation. We build evaluation index system from three respects： research and development,innovation management and businessing. Ane then,the paper use the survey data from 45 high-tech enterprises in Fujian Province to establish the evaluation model of enterprise＇s technology innovation performance based on BP neural network.
