摘要
鉴于肿瘤组织和正常组织介电特性的差异,本文提出了一种早期诊断皮下肿瘤的新方法。开口矩形波导探头作为传感器和人体直接接触,皮下组织介电特性的变化通过测量反射系数反映出来。根据人体左右对称的特点,提出了相应的临床实验方案。同时,采用FDTD法分析了肿瘤大小和深浅对探头反射系数灵敏度的影响。数值结果和模拟实验结果均表明反射系数对肿瘤的存在是非常敏感的,据此可以确定肿瘤存在的位置。
A technique for early detection of subcutaneous tumor through microwave reflection measurement of a bilayered biological tissue was proposed. An open ended rectangular waveguide was used as the probe in direct contact with the skin. The permittivity difference between the tumor and the normal fat tissue could be detected through microwave reflection measurement. The reflection characteristics of the probe with different size and depth of the tumor were analyzed using FDTD method. A corresponding clinical scheme was also proposed according to the symmetry of the human body. Numerical and simulative experimental results both showed that the reflection coefficient was very sensitive to the tumors existend, and its position could also be determined. The technique may be appllied to general examination and early diagnosis of breast cancer.
