环渤海区域产业布局分析

Analysis on Industrial Distribution of Bohai Region

环渤海区域是21世纪中国经济发展新的区域经济支柱,但是由于区域内五省市之间缺乏宏观层面上的产业合作,使得环渤海区域的产业结构雷同、各省市对资源争夺严重,不利于区域整体的协调发展。通过对环渤海区域五省市的产业现状进行分析,得出制造业是环渤海区域主导产业的结论,认为应重视钢铁、石化、高新技术和交通运输制造业四大优势产业的发展,并提出严格监控重污染行业,推动企业实施清洁生产;统一协调资源与基础设施,提高电子信息业整体实力;发挥环渤海港天然优势,港口物流与制造业协调发展的建议。

Bohai region is a new regional economic pillar of China in the 21st century. However, due to the lack of Macro-Industry cooperation between five provinces,the industrial structure in Bohai region is identical and five provinces compete for resources with each other seriously,limit the coordinate development in this region. This study analyses the industries in the five provinces, finds out that the manufacturing sector is the leading industry of Bohai region and concludes that four advanced industries as steel, petrochemistry,high-tech and transportation manufacturing,then provides some suggestions： strictly monitor the industry with serious pollution, push the enterprises＇ clean production; harmonize resources and infrastructure, strengthen electronic information industry; make best of the natural advantages of harbors in Bohai region, realize the coordinated development of harbor logistics and manufacturing.
