摘要 计算机辅助手术方案仿真(CASS)系统结合双红外摄像机三维坐标测量技术、体素处理技术、以及各种医学图像的三维显示技术,来进行术前的手术模拟、治疗计划的制订,手术中的手术路径的查找,术后的治疗控制。双红外摄像机三维坐标测量系统检测外科医生手中的强红外光笔以确定其三维坐标,并变换到由序列断层图像重建出的体数据坐标系中,从而进行各种体素处理及三维显示。目前本系统还处于实验室动物试验阶段,其精度可达±1.5mm。 Computer aided surgical simulation (CASS) system is a new simulation and navigation aid for skull base surgeons and plastic surgeons. The combination of 3D coordinate measurement technique by two cameras, voxel processing methods, and realistic 3D display techniques supported preoperative planning of therapy and simulation of surgery, pathfinding during the operation itself, and postoperative therapy control. The surgeon employed a bi camera 3D coordinate measurement system to locate points of interest within the operative field by detecting the hand guided infrared pen in the surgeon's hand. This coordinate was transformed to the volume data coordinate system, which was reconstructed from serial sections. Then we could do voxel processing and 3D display. At present, the prototype system was in the laboratorial animal experiment stage and the accuracy of this system was proved to be ±1.5mm.
