摘要
在确定我国职业体育选择目标集中化总体战略的基础上,从市场营销战略、产品管理战略、人力资源战略、财务管理战略、研究与开发战略、信息开发战略和俱乐部文化战略七个方面,对我国职业体育经营的职能战略及实施对策进行了分析,旨在为提高我国职业体育经营效益,促进我国职业体育的良性发展提供借鉴和指导。
The function strategy and implementation measures to manage our professional sports were analyzed on defining the overall strategy as concentration target from seven aspects of marketing strategy,products management strategy,human resources strategy,financial management strategy,research and development strategy,information development strategy and club culture strategy,aiming for a higher management efficiency and a benign development of professional sports.
